“Keith’s fitness program is individualized based on the clients needs, health, and overall desired goals. His program consists of all ranges of fitness training such as cardio, weights and strength training, or targeting specific problems. He also works with clients on diet and nutrition for optimum results.

I feel very fortunate to have Keith as my personal trainer. I hired him in part because he had a master’s degree in Health and Fitness as well as a bachelor’s degree in Sports medicine and I wanted someone who was very knowledgeable about how the body and muscle groups work. In my search I was surprised to learn that many fitness trainers do not have much of a background. My primary reason for getting a personal trainer was to help me get and stay in shape and be as healthy as possible WITHOUT injuring myself. Keith is a very professional trainer. Starting with my fitness analysis all the way to the training I was very impressed with Keith’s technique.
